Ebilon™ PTFE Coated EPDM Gaskets combine the chemical resistance of PTFE with the flexibility and resilience of EPDM rubber. Designed for reliable sealing on ANSI 150 flanges, these gaskets offer superior performance in corrosive or low-load applications where conventional rubber or solid PTFE gaskets fall short.

Exceptional Chemical and Corrosion Resistance

Manufactured using Tombo 9013 technology, these gaskets feature a pure PTFE facing permanently bonded to an EPDM core. This structure provides the inert chemical resistance of PTFE (pH 0–14) while maintaining the compressibility and sealing recovery of an elastomer.

The result is a non-contaminating, corrosion-resistant seal suitable for aggressive media including acids, alkalis and solvents.

Designed for Non-Metallic and Glass-Lined Flanges

Ebilon gaskets achieve tight, stable sealing under lower bolt loads than solid PTFE or envelope-style gaskets.

They are ideal for PVC, FRP, PVDF, CPVC, polypropylene and glass-lined steel piping systems, where excessive bolt torque can damage flanges.
