Our Cable Tie Fastening Tool is designed for assembly line use and made to achieve the desired level of tension quickly and easily via a simple pull of the trigger.
This easy-to-use tool is manufactured from powder-coated steel and is tough, durable and long-lasting.
It is designed only for use with Nylon cable ties and will not work with stainless steel ties. It is compatible with cable ties that are between 2.2mm and 4.8mm wide (and no thicker than 1.6mm).
This zip tie tensioning tool is able to set to 4 different levels of loop tension via the dial located in the base of the handle (the indicator just above shows the current setting). The approximate force settings of each tension level are indicated below:
