Our Ceramic Fibre Lagging Rope is a flexible, high-temperature insulation solution designed for industrial environments where heat resistance and versatility are essential. Manufactured with a ceramic fibre core and a durable fibreglass mesh outer sleeve, this rope combines excellent thermal insulation with easy handling and installation. It’s ideal for wrapping around pipes, valves, joints, and irregular equipment where conventional insulation won’t fit.
Ceramic Fibre Lagging Rope is engineered to perform in extreme heat. With continuous service temperatures up to 1260°C, it is ideal for use in applications where thermal insulation, heat containment, and fire protection are critical.
Soft and pliable, this rope conforms easily to tight bends, joints, and irregular shapes, making it perfect for insulating pipework, valves and fittings where rigid insulation won’t suit.
The inner ceramic core is protected by a fibreglass mesh sleeve, enhancing durability, minimising dust, and allowing easy installation without sacrificing flexibility.
This lagging rope offers excellent insulation performance with low thermal conductivity and a lower price compared to traditional braided ceramic ropes. It can be cut with scissors or utility cutters for quick, on-site use.
