Our Easy-Mix N 5000 Epoxy Adhesive is a professional-quality epoxy adhesive suitable for manufacturing, construction and repair work. This two-part Epoxy is extremely strong and able to create permanent, long lasting bonds between metals, plastics, fibre reinforced materials, ceramic, glass, stone and more.

Easy-Mix N 5000 has a shorter pot life and cure cycle. Pot life for 10ml is about 20 minutes (at 20°C). Handling strength is achieved after around 60 minutes.

Once cured, N5000 Epoxy is clear in colour and ideal for making tansparent, invisible bonds that last.

High Adhesive Force.

Easy-Mix N 5000 is used for creating strong, permanent bonds. This industrial glue has been tested (in accordance with DIN 53283 standards) with a variety of materials. In these tests, mean shear strength ratings of 21 N/mm² for sand-blasted steel and 14 N/mm² for rigid PVC were recorded.

Viscous and Self-Levelling Epoxy Glue.

Our Easy-Mix N 5000 is a liquid, runny style of glue. It’s viscosity (once mixed) is listed as 5,000 mPas. 

Weicon N5000 Epoxy Adhesive is also a self-levelling glue. This is important for those looking to use it to fill small cavities or as an epoxy encapsulant for leads, wiring or cables.

Accelerated Pot Life and Cure Time.

Exact figures for how much time it will take to cure depend a lot on bonding conditions but, roughly speaking, you can expect 35% cure in around 60 minutes. 50% will take about 3 hours and it’s at that point that N 5000 can bear mechanical loads. Full cure time is 48 hours.

Pot life of 10ml of N5000 Epoxy Glue prepared at 20°C is around 20 minutes.

Easy to Use with No Complex Mixing.

The Weicon Easy-Mix Dosing System eradicates complex mixing and measuring and makes getting the right amount of glue, where you need it, simple.

Simply slot the container of N 5000 Epoxy into a compatible dispensing pistol (we suggest the Weicon D 50) and attach the Quadro Mixing Nozzle (one is included with each container). That’s it. When you pull the trigger the two parts that make up N 5000 Epoxy Glue will be mixed as they travel along the nozzle so that, by the time they reach the surface, you have a single homogenous adhesive.

Spare mixing nozzles are also available, and the gun works with a variety of our adhesives, so you can mix and match depending on your requirements.
